摘  要:根据矿用自卸车特点,结合矿用自卸车普遍执行的ISO 3450制动性能标准要求,分析质量大于32 t刚性矿用自卸车的制动力计算式;根据汽车理论中车辆运行的稳定性要求,分析前后轮抱死的顺序,确定矿用自卸车运行稳定性的条件,研究前、后制动力分配系数关系,最终给出具有固定比值的前后轮制动力分配系数计算方法.It has to adopt a computing formula for braking force of a rigid frame mining dumper given a mass to be analyzed is over32 t according to the dumper’s features in consideration with the dumper’s governing standard ISO 3450 for brake function requirements.And again it has to analyze binding sequence of the front and rear wheels before determining the dumper’s conditions for travel stability so as to research for distribution coefficient relationship between brake forces of the front and rear wheels.Finally,it has to provide an algorithm for distribution coefficient with constant relative value for brake force of the front and rear wheels.
