摘　　要：目的:评估社区综合管理模式对脑卒中患者生存质量的影响。方法:选取2015年5月1日-2016年8月31日在天目西路街道社区卫生服务中心就诊的208名脑卒中患者,随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组有患者104例,男性71例,女性33例,平均年龄组(63.15±9.86)岁;对照组有患者104例,男性70例,女性34例,平均年龄(61.97±9.82)岁。对干预组患者采用社区综合管理模式进行干预,对对照组患者仅采用社区全科常规治疗,观察两组患者的生存质量。结果:两组患者基线各项指标的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预6月后,干预组神经功能恢复评分、脑卒中后负面情绪、日常生存能力、生存质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);同时血压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇也比对照组有更为明显的改善(P<0.05)。结论:社区综合管理模式能更显著地提升脑卒中患者的生存质量。Objective: To evaluate the effect of the community integrated management mode on the life quality of the stroke patients. Methods: Two hundred and eight stroke patients who visited the Tianmuxilu Community Health Service Center from May 1, 2015 to August 31, 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group. There were 104 patients in the intervention group, including 71 males and 33 females, with an average age group (63.15±9.86) years old;there were 104 patients in the control group, including 70 males and 34 females, with an average age of 61.97±9.82 years old. The patients in the intervention group were treated with community integrated management mode, the patients in the control group were treated with community general conventional therapy only, and the life quality of the patients of the two groups was observed. Results: There was no significant difference in baseline indicators between the two groups (P > 0.05). After 6 months of intervention, the scores of neurological function recovery, negative emotions after stroke, daily viability and quality of life in the intervention group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were also significantly improved compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Community integrated management mode can significantly improve the life quality of stroke patients.
