IRoot BP Plus活髓保存材料用于年轻恒牙活髓切断术的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价IRoot BP Plus活髓保存材料用于年轻恒牙活髓切断术的临床疗效。方法:按照随机数字法将2016年6月-2017年6月于笔者医院口腔科行年轻恒牙活髓切断术的70例深龋露髓患儿(70颗牙)分为对照组与实验组,每组35例(35颗牙)。对照组:采用氢氧化钙作为活髓保存材料用于年轻恒牙活髓切断术;实验组:采用IRoot BP Plus作为作为活髓保存材料用于年轻恒牙活髓切断术。术后随访1年,评价术后3、6、12个月两组患者的成功率。结果:术后3个月,实验组与对照组的成功率分别为97.1%、74.3%,实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,实验组与对照组的成功率分别为97.1%、71.4%,实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后12个月,实验组与对照组的成功率分别为97.1%、65.7%,实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:IRoot BP Plus用于年轻恒牙活髓切断术的临床疗效比较明显,远期成功率高。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of of IRoot BP Plus vital pulp save material on vital pulpotomy of young permanent teeth.Methods According to the random number method,70 cases of children patients(70 teeth)with deep caries exposed pulp received vital pulpotomy of young permanent teeth which was divided into control group and experimental group in the department of stomatology of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017,with 35 cases(35 teeth)in each group.Calcium hydroxide was used as vital pulp save material to carry out vital pulpotomy of young permanent teeth in control group and IRoot BP Plus used as vital pulp save material to carry out vital pulpotomy of young permanent teeth in experimental group.After 1 year of postoperative follow-up,the success rate of the 2 groups were compared at 3,6 and 12 months after surgery.Results At 3 months after surgery,the success rate of experimental group and control group were 97.1%,74.3%,respectively and the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the success rate of experimental group and control group were 97.1%,71.4%,respectively and the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).At 12 months after surgery,the success rate of experimental group and control group were 97.1%,65.7%,respectively and the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IRoot BP Plus had obvious clinical efficacy and high long-term success rate on vital pulpotomy of young permanent teeth.
