摘 要:目的 探讨巴戟天寡糖对阿霉素所致大鼠心肌损伤的影响。方法 雄性Wistar大鼠40只,随机均分为4组:阴性对照组、模型组以及2个巴戟天寡糖组(100、300g·L^-1),通过腹腔注射阿霉素制作阿霉素所致心脏毒性模型,观察巴戟天寡糖干预后心肌组织中相关指标的变化。结果 模型组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平均低于阴性对照组,而丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化脂质(LPO)水平均高于阴性对照组(P均<0.05)。巴戟天寡糖100g·L^-1组、巴戟天寡糖300g·L^-1组SOD、CAT水平均高于模型组,而MDA、LPO水平均低于模型组(P均<0.05)。巴戟天寡糖组300g·L^-1组SOD、CAT水平高于巴戟天寡糖100g·L^-1组,而MDA、LPO水平低于巴戟天寡糖100g·L^-1组(P均<0.05)。结论 巴戟天寡糖对阿霉素所致心肌损伤具有保护作用,这可能与巴戟天寡糖的抗氧化作用有关。Objective To investigate the effect of morinda officinalis oligosaccharide on myocardiun injury induced by doxorubicin in rats. Methods Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: the negative control group, the model group and 2 morinda officinalis oligosaccharide groups (100 and 300 g·L ^-1 ). Adriamycin induced cardiotxicity model was made by intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin, the changes of relevant indexes in myocardial tissue were observed after the intervention of doxorubicin. Results The superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) levels in the model group were lower than those in the negative control group, while the malondialdehyde (MDA) and lipid peroxide (LPO) levels were higher than those in the negative control group ( P < 0.05 ). The SOD and CAT levels in the 100 g·L ^-1 morinda officinalis oligosaccharide group and the 300 g·L^-1 morinda officinalis oligosaccharide group were higher than those in the model group, while the MDA and LPO levels were lower than those in the model group ( P <0.05). The SOD and CAT levels in the 300 g·L^-1 morinda officinalis oligosaccharide group were higher than those in the 100 g·L -1 morinda officinalis oligosaccharide group, while the MDA and LPO levels were lower than those in the 100 g·L^-1 morinda officinalis oligosaccharide group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Morinda officinalis oligosaccharide has protective effect on myocardium injury induced by doxorubicin, which may be related to the antioxidant effect of morinda officinalis oligosaccharide.
