贪污贿赂案件认罪认罚从宽制度探析

摘　　要：基于对贪污贿赂案件认罪认罚从宽制度程序价值的理解,对与该项制度相关现行法律规范的适用作出概括,进而提出从明确从宽范围、细化量刑规则、建立纠错机制等方面完善贪污贿赂案件认罪认罚从宽制度。Based on the understanding of the procedural value of leniency system for confession of guilt and punishment in corruption and bribery cases, the thesis summarizes the application of the existing legal norms related to the system, and then proposes to improve the leniency system for confession of guilt and punishment in corruption and bribery cases from the aspects of clear scope, detailed sentencing rules, and establishment of error correction mechanism.
