摘　　要：网络协同制造是制造业转型的必由之路,对于充分利用有限的资源、提高制造敏捷性及缩短生产周期具有重要作用。当前对于网络协同制造的研究主要还是集中在协同设计、协同创新、协同制造平台的架构和选择机制等方面,对于网络协同制造企业之间的关系却少有人研究。网络协同制造企业之间通过多种链条结构联系在一起,即通过融合命令链、价值链和供应链3种链条结构分析,以确定企业的最终目标。通过博弈的方法研究了网络协同制造系统中各企业的关系,结合网络协同制造的特定环境,在充分考虑缩短生产周期和企业自主领导权的前提下,对企业之间的博弈策略选择进行了分析,指出了影响支付矩阵的各因素及其具体作用。通过演化博弈的方法分析了各影响因素对协同制造系统演化发展的影响,并以此为依据提出了提高网络协同制造企业合作水平的方法和策略,以便制造企业在新一轮工业革命中谋求竞争优势、占据有利地位。Networked cooperative manufacturing is the inevitable path of manufacturing industry transformation,which plays an important role in making full use of limited resources,improving manufacturing agility and shortening production cycle.At present,the research on network coordination is mainly focused on collaborative design,collaborative innovation,collaborative manufacturing platform architecture and selection mechanism,but there is little research on the relationship between network co-manufacturing enterprises.Studied the relationship among the enterprises in the system by the evolutionary game method,and obtains the evolution phase diagram.At the same time,the effect of the factors affecting the payment matrix was studied.The evolutionary game was used to analyze the influence of various factors on the evolution of collaborative manufacturing system.Based on these,put forward the methods and strategies to improve the level of cooperation of the network co-manufacturing enterprises which would contribute to seeking a competitive advantage and a favorable position in the new round of industrial revolution.
