摘 要:基于弹性力学理论,以抗侧滚扭杆系统的受力状态和载荷分布为基础,建立抗侧滚扭杆系统的变形和应力计算模型,导出抗侧滚扭杆系统扭转刚度和强度计算公式。给出扭杆轴结构应力集中系数的计算方法、结构静强度和疲劳强度评估方法。该方法与有限元法相比,二者的相对误差小于10%,该方法简单、易于参数化,能够显著提高分析计算效率。Based on elastic mechanics theory,according to strained status and distribution of load,a physical model about calculating anti-rolling torsion bar deformation and stress was established,and the formulas of calculating anti-rolling torsion bar torsional stiffness and strength had been deduced.Methods for calculating stress concentration coefficient and structural static strength and fatigue strength evaluation had been showed.Compared with finite element method,the maximum relatively error between the two is less than 10 %.The method is simple,easy to parameterize,and can significantly improve the efficiency of analysis and calculation.
