摘  要:导弹发射箱是现代武器的重要装备,它具有加工特征多和难度大的特点,加工时需要进行多轴联动铣削。在目前的CAM软件中,如NX、Proe等虽然具备计算刀轨和数控编程的能力,但是在生成数控代码之前需要进行复杂的参数设置,对操作人员的专业能力要求也较高。为了提高发射箱的加工效率,减少编程前的参数设置工作,系统基于NX二次开发技术创建了UI界面、刀具库、工艺规则库和后处理器,将全部的工艺参数、数控编程知识以及数据库调用命令嵌入至API操作函数编制的程序中,省略了多轴加工编程时复杂的参数设置,实现在UI界面上的一键化数控代码生成。编程完成后使用VERICUT软件搭建四轴机床模型,对所生成的NC代码进行虚拟机床仿真,验证了系统生成数控代码的可靠性和可行性,有效提高了发射箱的数控编程效率。The missile launching box is an important equipment for modern weapons.It has many processing features and is difficult to perform.Multi-axis simultaneous milling is required for machining.In the current CAM software,such as NX,Proe,although they have the ability to calculate the tool path and NC programming,they need to perform complex parameter setting before generating the NC code, which has higher requirements for the professional ability of the operator.In order to improve the processing efficiency of the launch box and reduce the parameter setting work before programming,created the UI interface,tool library,process rule base,post-processor based on NX secondary development technology,and all the process parameters,CNC programming knowledge,database calling command were embedded in the program programmed by the API operation function,omitting the complicated parameter setting during multi-axis machining programming,and realizing one-click NC code generation on the UI interface.After the programming was completed,VERICUT software was used to build a four-axis machine tool model,and the generated NC code was simulated by virtual machine tool to verify the reliability and feasibility of the NC code generated by the system.
