摘 要:针对箱体零件中复杂特征的制造可行性评价问题,提出一种基于特征分解、基于规则和实例推理等多种技术相结合的箱体零件制造可行性评价方法。该方法在构建制造资源的基础上,将复杂特征分解为基础特征,通过利用基于规则和实例的推理方法对每个基础特征的制造可行性进行评价,采用制造资源组合优化算法耦合所有评价结果来完成对箱体零件的制造可行性评价。最后,基于Pro/E软件开发了相应的评价原型系统,并用系统运行结果验证了方法的可行性。A feasible evaluation method of box part manufacturing based on feature decomposition,rule-based and case-based reasoning is proposed to solve the problem of manufacturing feasibility of complex features in box.On the basis of constructing the manufacturing resources,this method decomposes the complex features into the basic characteristics,evaluates the manufacturing feasibility of each basic feature by using the rule and instance-based reasoning methods,and uses the manufacturing resource combination optimization algorithm to couple all the evaluation results to complete the feasibility of the manufacture of box parts.Finally,the corresponding evaluation system is developed based on Pro/E,and the feasibility of the method is verified by an example.
