摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,思想政治教育也应该发挥其与时俱进的新功能。随着新时代中国社会主要矛盾的转化,思想政治教育应该注重其"价值观先导"功能。因此,要通过建构思想政治教育的"价值观先导"功能,推动新时代中国社会主要矛盾的解决进程。以解决新时代社会主要矛盾为契机,丰富和发展思想政治教育基本原理,探索"价值观传播"和"价值观先导"并重的思想政治教育新范式。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. Ideological and political education should also play its new function of keeping pace with the times. With the transformation of the main contradictions in Chinese society in the new era,ideological and political education should pay attention to its function of "value guide".Therefore, we should promote the process of resolving the main contradictions in Chinese society in the new era by constructing the function of "value guide" of ideological and political education. In order to solve the main social contradictions in the new era, we should enrich and develop the basic principles of ideological and political education, and explore a new paradigm of ideological and political education that attaches equal importance to the dissemination of values and the guidance of values.
