摘　　要：通过调查和分析《汽车保险与理赔》课程的教学状况,指出了改革这门课程是很有必要的,还重点指出这门课程的改革应该把实践教学法,案例教学法融入到课程教学当中,着重培养学生的综合素质和专业能力,坚持把就业作为学生的导向和目标,为汽车保险与理赔行业造就专业又优秀的高技术人才,来促进社会的发展。by investigating and analyzing the teaching status of the course of automobile insurance and compensation,it is pointed out that it is necessary to reform this course,and it is also emphasized that the reform of this course should integrate the practical teaching method and the case teaching method into the course teaching.Emphasis is placed on cultivating students'comprehensive quality and professional ability,adhering to employment as the orientation and goal of students,and creating professional and excellent high-tech talents for the automotive insurance and claims industry to promote social development.
