摘　　要：高等院校在教育事业发展中,体育教学地位大大提升,对于新时期的运动训练和体育教学提出了更高的要求。本文就高校运动训练和体育教学进行客观阐述,深层次剖析其中的问题,提出合理对策予以改进。In the development of education,colleges and universities have greatly improved their physical education status,and put forward higher requirements for sports training and physical education in the new era.This paper makes an objective exposition on sports training and physical education in colleges and universities,deeply analyzes the problems and proposes reasonable countermeasures to improve.
