摘 要:目的调查某三级甲等医院护士情绪智力与职业获益感现状,并分析护士情绪智力对职业获益感的影响。方法2017年10月-2018年10月运用护士情绪智力量表和职业获益感量表对吉林省某三级甲等医院的255名护士进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果护士的情绪智力标准化得分为4.73±0.68,护士的职业获益感标准化得分为4.38±0.40,护士情绪智力与职业获益感各维度呈正相关(P<0.05)。分层回归分析显示,控制一般资料后,情绪智力4个维度可独立解释护士职业获益感11.8%的变异(△R^2=0.118)。结论护士情绪智力是职业获益感的重要影响因素,可通过提高护士情绪智力来改善职业获益感的水平,从而促进护理队伍的稳定和发展。[Objective]To investigate the status of emotional intelligence and perceived professional benefit among nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital,analyze the influences of emotional intelligence on perceived professional benefit.[Methods]Totally 255 nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Jilin Province were investigated by using the nurses'emotional intelligence scale and perceived professional benefit questionnaire from October 2017 to October 2018,and the data were analyzed.[Results]The standardized scores of the emotional intelligence and the perceived professional benefit for nurses were 4.73±0.68 and 4.38±0.40 respectively.Nurses'emotional intelligence was positive correlated with the each dimension of perceived professional benefit(P<0.05).The hierarchical regression analysis showed that four dimensions of the emotional intelligence could independently explain 11.8%of the variance of perceived professional benefit after the control of demographic data(△R^2=0.118).[Conclusion]The emotional intelligence of nurses is an important factor influencing the perceived professional benefit,which can improve the perceived professional benefit of nurses by improving the emotional intelligence,thus promoting the stability and development of nursing team.
