护理实习生职业期望、职业价值观及前瞻性应对方式的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理实习生职业期望、职业价值观及前瞻性应对方式的相关性。方法2018年1-12月,采取便利抽样的方法选取护理实习生206名作为研究对象,采用一般资料量表、职业期望量表、职业价值观量表、前瞻性应对方式问卷对护理实习生进行调查。结果206名护理实习生前瞻性应对方式得分为42.36±8.47,其中前瞻认知得分为13.98±2.74,应对行为得分为11.45±2.06,目标的设定得分为16.93±3.18;职业期望得分为76.84±14.28,职业价值观得分为94.58±12.46;不同家庭所在地、学历、家庭人均月收入的护理实习生前瞻性应对方式得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理实习生职业期望、职业价值观与前瞻性应对方式呈正相关(r=0.672、0.622,P<0.01);多元线性回归结果显示,家庭所在地、学历、家庭人均月收入、职业期望、职业价值观是护理实习生前瞻性应对方式的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护理实习生具备前瞻性应对方式,改善护理实习生实习环境,树立其积极工作目标,提升其职业期望和职业价值观,可增强其前瞻性应对方式水平。[Objective]To explore the correlation of career expectations,career values and prospective coping styles of nursing interns.[Methods]From January to December in 2018,206 nursing interns were selected by convenience sampling method as the research object,and the general information scale,career expectation scale,career values scale and prospective coping style questionnaire were used to investigate nursing interns.[Results]The score of prospective coping style in 206 nursing interns was 42.36±8.47,which the score of prospective cognition,coping behavior and goal setting was 13.98±2.74,11.45±2.06 and 16.93±3.18,respectively.The score of career expectations and career values was 76.84±14.28 and 94.58±12.46,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of prospective coping styles among nursing interns with different family locations,educational background and per capita monthly income(P<0.05).Career expectations and career values of nursing interns were positively correlated with prospective coping styles(r=0.672,0.622,P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression showed that family location,educational background,family per capita monthly income,career expectation and career values were the influencing factors of nursing interns'prospective coping style(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Nursing interns have a prospective coping style.Improving the internship environment of nursing interns,setting up the positive work goals,enhancing their career expectations and career values can enhance their level of prospective coping style.
