摘　　要：目的:比较胃癌患者凝血功能及血小板参数在化疗前、后的改变及意义。方法:回顾性分析2014年6月—2017年5月经病理确诊并行手术切除的60例胃癌患者及60例同期健康体检者的临床资料,对胃癌患者化疗前、后及健康体检者的外周静脉血进行凝血功能和血小板相关参数检测。结果:化疗前两组PT、FIB、PLT差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在胃癌患者化疗前、后凝血功能的比较中,PT、APTT、FIB、TT差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),血小板参数的比较中两组间PLT、PDW差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化疗可以加剧胃癌患者血液的高凝状态、激活纤溶系统、引起血小板数量减少,可能会导致血栓栓塞性疾病发生率的增加。Objective:To compare the coagulation function and platelet parameter change in the gastric cancer before and after chemotherapy.Methods:Retrospective analysis between June 2014 and May 2017 menstrual pathological diagnosis concurrent resection of 60 patients with gastric cancer and clinical data of 60 cases of the healthy physical examination at the same period,before and after chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer and peripheral venous blood of the healthy check-up of function of blood coagulation and platelet parameters detection.Results:PT,FIB and PLT showed significant difference between the case group and the control group(P<0.05).In gastric cancer before and after chemotherapy in patients with blood coagulation function,in the comparison of before and after chemotherapy,PT,APTT,FIB,TT there were significant differences(P<0.05),in the platelet parameters before and after chemotherapy between the two groups in the comparison of the PLT,PDW were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chemotherapy can aggravate the blood flow of gastric cancer patients,activate fibrinolysis system,decrease the number of platelets,and increase the incidence of thromboembolic disease.
