摘　　要：就业发展作为专业教学的重要目的,对于学生学习积极性及其质量的提升其中不可或缺的作用。在实际教学过程中机械设计制造专业教师应充分重视专业就业指导的有效融入,从学生专业素养的提升及其就业视野的开阔等方面切入逐步提升学生就业竞争力、提升专业教学总体质量。本文从个人教学经历切入与大家探讨机械设计制造专业课教学中如何帮助学生找准职业发展之路。Employment development, as an important purpose of professional teaching, plays an indispensable role in the improvement of studentsylearning enthusiasm and quality. In the actual teaching process, teachers of me-chanical design and manufacturing should pay full attention to the effective integration of professional employment guidance, and gradually improve the employment competitiveness of students and improve the overall quality of professional teaching from the aspects of the improvement of students' professional quality and the broadening of their employment horizons. This article from the personal teaching experience cut into the discussion of how to help students identify the path of career development in the teaching of mechanical design and manufacturing.
