民营企业助力河北省精准脱贫的探究

摘　　要：近年来,河北省民营企业蓬勃、稳步发展,成为了我省经济发展的不可或缺的力量。将我省的精准脱贫政策逐步转化为民营企业自身发展的优势,对发展模式创新、市场创新和科技创新进行有效推动,是促进经济良好发展、培育新的经济增长点和帮助贫困地区摆脱落后现状的重要路径。当前,我省应积极转变传统的扶贫理念,引导民营企业顺应经济发展新常态的大趋势,实行“六位一体”的股份合作制等模式,即政府+龙头企业+金融机构+科研机构+合作社+农户,来实现贫困地区与民营企业的合作双赢。in recent years, private enterprises in hebei province have developed vigorously and steadily, becoming an indispensable force for the economic development of our province. Precise anti-poverty policies in our province to move into the advantage of the development of private enterprise itself, development mode innovation, market innovation and effectively promote scientific and technological innovation, is good to promote economy development, cultivating new economic growth point and important path to help get rid of the backward situation of poor areas. At present, our province should actively change the traditional concept of poverty alleviation, guide private enterprises to keep up with the trend of economic development, the new normal practice the "six integration" mode of the joint stock cooperative system and so on, the government + leading enterprises ++ cooperative + farmers + research institutes, financial institutions to implement the poor areas and win-win cooperation of private enterprises.
