摘　　要：安全生产是民生的基础,安全生产、安全发展是社会发展的根本保障,也是人们安居乐业的基础,这是关乎员工生命安全的关键,是维护企业经济利益,减少事故经济损失的有效措施。总结大部分安全事故,发生的直接原因往往都是操作人员的不安全行为,如何提高人员的安全意识,降低其不安全行为发生率,显得尤为重要。职业安全培训是一种很有效且直接的提高员工安全意识和安全行为的方式。职业安全培训得到了很大的重视与推广,但随之而来的职业安全培训问题也逐步显现出来。职业安全培训规范化不够、流于形式化的情况严重、缺少相应行之有效的培训考核制度与评价措施等都在制约着职业安全培训的发展。the safety in production is the foundation of the people's livelihood, production safety, security, development is the fundamental guarantee of social development, also is the foundation of the people to live and work in peace and contentment, this is the key to the safety of life, is to maintain the economic interests of the enterprise, the effective measures to reduce accident economic loss. Summarizes most of the accidents, direct cause of the operators tend to be unsafe behavior, how to improve the safety awareness of workers, reduce the incidence of unsafe behavior, is particularly important. Occupational safety training is an effective and direct way to improve employees' safety awareness and safety behaviors. Occupational safety training has been paid much attention to and promoted, but the problems of occupational safety training are also emerging gradually. The lack of standardization of occupational safety training, the serious situation of formalization, the lack of effective training assessment system and evaluation measures are all restricting the development of occupational safety training.
