摘　　要：培养学生良好的职业素养和个人素养是职业中专教育的主要任务,随着社会的发展,我国对职业技术型人才的需求量也在不断加大,职业中专作为培养优秀技术人才的主要教学场所,教学质量的高低影响着社会的发展,加强学生的思想政治教育作为培养优秀人才的重要部分应成为职业中专教师教学的重点。本文主要当前职业中专学生的思想政治教育工作进行了简要的分析,对于如何提升思想政治教育工作的质量提出了几点建议。onal quality and personal accomplishment.With the development of the society,the demand for professional technical talents is also increasing.Vocational secondary school is the main teaching place for cultivating excellent technical talents.The quality of teaching affects the development of the society and strengthens the study.As an important part of training outstanding talents,the ideological and political education should be the focus of vocational secondary school teachers.This paper makes a brief analysis of the ideological and political education of vocational secondary school students,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of Ideological and political education.
