民办本科大学生思政教育存在的问题与创新策略分析

摘　　要：提高和创新民办本科大学生思想政治教育,对于加快实现社会主义现代化宏伟目标,全面实行科教兴国与人才强国策略具有重要的战略意义。民办本科与公办本科的区别在于,民办本科有独特的管理模式及办学理念,具有一定的特殊性,所以,在对校内大学生进行思想政治教育方面,也有不同的要求。通过加大力度研究民办本科大学生的思想政治教育工作具体方法及策略,有利于提高民办本科学校的健康发展,提高学生的思想政治水平,从而为国家输送更多的综合型素质人才,为国家的发展做出贡献。本文将针对当前民办本科对大学生进行思想政治教育当中存在的问题进行分析,并且提出相应的改进创新策略。it is of great strategic significance to improve and innovate the ideological and political education of private undergraduate students for speeding up the realization of the grand goal of socialist modernization and comprehensively implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country by talents.The difference between the private undergraduate and the public undergraduate is that the private undergraduate has its unique management mode and school idea,and has its own particularity.Therefore,there are different requirements in the ideological and political education of college students.By studying the concrete methods and strategies of ideological and political education of private undergraduate students,it is helpful to improve the healthy development of private undergraduate schools and improve the ideological and political level of students.The state conveys more comprehensive quality talents and contributes to the development of the country.This paper will analyze the problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students at present,and put forward the corresponding improvement and innovation strategies.
