摘　　要：目的探讨节细胞神经母细胞瘤(GNB)的CT表现,以提高该病的诊断。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的38例GNB患者的CT检查资料,包括CT平扫及增强扫描。结果 GNB好发于儿童,均为单发病灶,其中位于纵隔7例,肾上腺区12例,肾上腺外腹膜后15例,胸腔3例,盆腔1例。CT平扫:36例密度不均匀,内均伴坏死、囊变,其中28例出现钙化;2例密度均匀。增强扫描:肿瘤实性成分呈渐进性强化(4例轻度强化,11例中度强化,23例明显强化)。19例推移周围大血管、13例包埋血管,13例瘤体内或瘤周出现线状、簇状排列的扩张血管。结论 GNB的CT表现具有一定特征性,肿瘤表现为不均匀低密度,伴有坏死、钙化,周围血管推移受压,增强扫描呈中度、明显渐进性强化,对GNB的临床诊断具有一定的意义。Objective To improve the diagnostic accuracy by assessing the CT features of ganglioneuroblastoma (GNB). Methods 38 patients with GNB confirmed by pathological results and underwent plain and contrast-enhanced CT scan were analyzed retrospectively. Results GNB often occurred in children.All the cases appeared as solitary lesion,7 were located in the mediastinum, 12 in the adrenal, 15 in the retroperitoneal, 3 in the thorax cavity and 1 in the pelvic cavity. Plain CT showed 36 lesions with heterogeneous low density with necrosis and cystic degeneration, and 28 cases with calcifications, 2 with homogeneous low density.The solid lession of all cases showed progressive enhancement(4 cases showed slight progressive contrast enhancement, 11 cases showed moderate enhancement, 23 cases showed markedly enhancement).Peripheral vessels were displaced by tumor in 19 cases and embedded by tumor in 13 cases. 13 cases showed the presence of small vessels in/around the tumor arranged in clumps or in line.Conclusion The specific CT findings of heterogeneous low density with necrosis, calcifications, peripheral vessels displaced, moderate to markedly progressive enhancement, might be useful for the diagnosis of GNB.
