基于士官任职教育需求的案例式教学方法应用研究

摘　　要：新一轮军队改革以来,士官被明确为部队战斗力生成不可或缺的重要力量。针对士官任职教育特点和电子对抗装备课程教学特点,采用理论研究和实践检验法,研究了案例式教学方法在装备课程中的运用,实践结果表明,案例式教学方法的运用大大提高了教学效果,为士官学员岗位任职能力生成打下了坚实基础。Since the new round of military reform, noncommissioned officers have been clearly identified as an indispensable force in the formation of combat effectiveness. Against noncommisstoned officers serving education characteristics and electronic warfare equipment course teaching characteristic, uses the theory research and practice tests, studied the case-teaching method in the application of equipment class, practice results show that the use of case type teaching method greatly improves the teaching effect. It has laid a solid foundation for the formation of the post competence of noncommissioned officer cadets.
