摘  要:目的研究宫腔黏连患者COX-2、VEGF及MVD表达水平。方法研究对象为宫腔粘连患者,80例作为观察组,再选取同期女性健康体检者80例作为对照组,收取时间在2015年1月~2017年1月,测定受检者COX-2、VEGF及MVD表达水平并进行比较。结果观察组宫腔粘连患者COX-2阳性率、VEGF、MVD表达水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宫腔粘连患者MVD阳性率、VEGF阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF在宫颈粘连不同程度中的阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔粘连患者COX-2、VEGF及MVD表达水平具有相关性,COX-2、VEGF均呈现高表达状态。Objective To study the expression levels of COX-2,VEGF and MVD in patients with intrauterine adhesions. Methods Research objects were patients with intrauterine adhesions.80 patients were selected as the observation group.80 females who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The period was from January 2015 to January 2017.The expression levels of COX-2,VEGF and MVD were measured and compared. Results Cox-2 positive rate,VEGF and MVD expression levels in patients with intrauterine adhesion in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P < 0.05).The MVD and VEGF positive rates of patients with intrauterine adhesion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The positive rate of VEGF in different degrees of cervical adhesion was significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion There were significant differences in positive rate of COX-2 and expression levels of VEGF and MVD between the observation group and the control group (P < 0.05).The positive rates of MVD and VEGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).There were significant differences in the positive rate of VEGF in different degrees of cervical adhesion (P < 0.05). Conclusion Expression levels of COX-2,VEGF and MVDof patients with intrauterine adhesions are correlated,and both cCOX-2,VEGF were highly expressed.
