摘　　要：目的分析椎动脉发育不良(VAH)与青年急性脑梗死的相关性。方法选取我院从2015年7月~2018年7月收治的163例青年急性脑梗死患者。采用颈动脉彩超诊断VAH。根据梗死部位分为前循环脑梗死组与后循环脑梗死组,比较两组的临床特征。结果共有21例(12.9%)青年急性脑梗死患者合并VAH,前循环脑梗死患者中有9例合并VAH,后循环脑梗死患者有12例合并VAH。后循环脑梗死患者合并VAH的比例明显高于前循环脑梗死患者(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,VAH为后循环脑梗死的独立危险因素。结论VAH在青年急性脑梗死患者中较为常见。VAH会增加青年急性后循环脑梗死的风险。Objective To analyze the correlation between vertebral artery hypoplasia(VAH)and acute ischemic stroke in young patients. Methods 163 young patients with acute ischemic stroke who were admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 were selected.According to the location of infarction,they were divided into anterior circulation cerebral infarction group and posterior circulation cerebral infarction group.Clinical characteristics were compared between the two groups. Results A total of 21(12.9%)young patients had acute cerebral infarction combined with VAH.Of the patients with anterior circulation cerebral infarction,9 had VAH.Of the patients with posterior circulation cerebral infarction,12 had VAH.The proportion of patients with post-circulatory cerebral infarction complicated with VAH was significantly higher than that of patients with anterior circulation cerebral infarction(P < 0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that VAH was an independent risk factor for posterior circulation cerebral infarction. Conclusion VAH is common in young patients with acute ischemic stroke and it will increase the risk of acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction in young patients.
