摘　　要：以唐山学院土木类专业教学改革为例,对现阶段该校土木类专业的培养模式进行了分析[1],针对这些专业性强、地域性突出、人才需求量大等特点以及现阶段存在的问题进行了阐述,提出了拉通公共专业基础课和对实践教学环节的改进方案,解决了学生在考研、就业、在校学习三者之间时间冲突的矛盾问题,达到了以人为本、持续改进的办学效果。Taking the teaching reform of civil engineering specialty in Tangshan University as an example,this paper analyses the training mode of civil engineering specialty in our university at the present stage,expounds the characteristics of strong specialty,prominent regionality,large demand for talents and the problems existing in the current price section,and puts forward the improvement scheme of the basic course of public specialty and the link of practical teaching,which solves the problems of students’ research,employment and practical teaching. The contradiction of time conflict among school learning has achieved the effect of people-oriented and continuous improvement.
