国内外专业学位研究生培养模式的对比分析

摘　　要：专业学位研究生是为各个行业培养高级专门人才而设置的研究生培养模块.它弥补了学术型研究生培养的不足,培养的研究生有更强的实践能力.我国的专业学位研究生应建一套适合中国国情的专业学位研究生培养模式和体系.并尽快与学术型研究生的培养区别开,各个高校应该根据专业学位研究生的内涵,增加专业学位研究生培养平台,尽快制定真正适用于专业学位研究生的培养体系,弱化学术型成果的硬性要求,增加实践性考核的标准.Professional degree postgraduate is a postgraduate training module for various industries to train high-level speci-alized personnel. It makes up for the shortcomings of academic postgraduate training, and trained postgraduates have stronger practical ability. Our country's professional degree postgraduates should establish a set of training mode and system of profes-sional degree postgraduates suitable for China's national conditions. And as soon as possible and academic postgraduate train-ing is different, colleges and universities should increase professional degree postgraduate training platform according to the connotation of professional degree postgraduates, as soon as possible to develop a truly applicable professional degree postgraduate training system, weaken the rigid requirements of academic achievements, and increase the standard of practical assessment.
