摘 要:目的:探讨微种植体支抗在压低磨牙和竖直磨牙中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月~2018年12月某院需正畸压低伸长磨牙患者12例,基牙颊舌向倾斜患者12例作为研究对象。以头颅侧位片腭平面(PP面)为基准,测压低前后伸长磨牙近中尖与PP面间垂直距离,计算磨牙压低量,对比治疗前后模型上缺牙隙及倾斜角。结果:治疗后伸长磨牙近中尖与PP面间垂直距离小于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后磨牙缺牙隙大于治疗前,倾斜角小于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:在压低磨牙和竖直磨牙中微种植体支抗能有效扶正、直立倾斜磨牙,创造良好咬合距离,为后期修复治疗提供良好基础。Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of micro implant anchorage in depressed molars and vertical molars. Methods: 12 patients with orthodontic low-elongation molars and 12 patients with buccal-lingual inclination of abutment in a hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects. Based on the palatal plane(PP plane) of lateral cephalic slices, the vertical distance between the proximal and middle apex of the elongated molars before and after treatment was measured, calculate the depressed molars pressure, and the tooth gap and tilt angle of the model were compared before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the vertical distance between the proximal and middle apex of the elongated molar and PP was smaller than that before treatment(P<0.05), and the gap of molar defect after treatment was larger than that before treatment, and the angle of inclination was smaller than that before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: The micro implant anchorage can effectively straighten and tilt the molars in the lower molars and vertical molars, creating a good occlusal distance and providing a good foundation for the later repair treatment.
