摘 要:选取煤直接液化残渣(DCLR)、低标号硬质沥青和抗车辙剂作为改性剂,制备3种高模量沥青及混合料,研究3种高模量沥青混合料的静态模量、动态模量、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及水稳定性,结果显示:3种改性剂均可提高沥青混合料抗压模量,抗车辙剂改性沥青混合料各项性能优于低标号硬质沥青改性沥青混合料,DCLR改性沥青混合料性能最差。DCLR对沥青混合料的高温性能提升幅度有限,且会降低混合料低温性能,因此DCLR不适合单独作为沥青改性剂使用。Three kinds of high modulus asphalt mixtures were prepared by selecting direct coal liquefaction residue(DCLR), low-grade hard asphalt and anti-rut agent as modifier. This paper studied the static modulus,dynamic modulus, high-temperature stability, low-temperature anti-cracking performance and water stability of three high modulus asphalt mixtures. The results revealed that all of the three modifiers could improve compression modulus of asphalt mixture. All the performances of anti-rut agent modified asphalt mixture were superior to those of low-grade hard asphalt modified asphalt mixture, and the performance of DCLR modified asphalt mixture was the worst. DCLR had a limited effect on improving high-temperature performance of asphalt mixture and reduced low-temperature performance of mixture as well. Hence, DCLR is not suitable to be used as asphalt modifier alone.
