摘　　要：高校日常思政工作是思政教育的主要载体之一。教练技术为日常思政工作提供了新的理念和方法,有助于促进思政工作更好开展并取得良好效果。本文介绍了教练技术,分析了教练技术应用于高校日常思政工作中的可行性和应用范畴,研究了教练技术在高校日常思政工作中的应用流程。Daily ideological and political work in Colleges and universities is one of the main carriers of Ideological and political education. Coaching technology provides new ideas and methods for daily ideological and political work,and helps to promote ideological and political work to carry out better and achieve good results. This paper introduces the coaching technology, analyses the feasibility and scope of application of coaching technology in the daily ideological and political work of colleges and universities,and studies the application process of coaching technology in the daily ideological and political work of colleges and universities.
