摘　　要：积极心理学视角下为高校传统心理健康教育提供了新的发展方向,符合大众对于高等教育品质提升的期待.有助于帮助地方高校丰富心理文化活动、培育良好向上的心理健康氛围,突破特殊学生管理窘境.以此提升高校的心理健康水平和育人水平.From the perspective of positive psychology, it provides a new direction for the development of traditional mental health education in Colleges and universities, which meets the expectations of the public for the improvement of the quality of higher education. It will help local colleges and universities to enrich psychological and cultural activities, cultivate a good and upward mental health atmosphere, and break through the management dilemma of special students. In this way, the level of mental health and the level of education in colleges and universities are improved.
