小尺度社区自组织管理的实施评价及思考

摘　　要：当前城市中大量的传统旧社区由于缺少市场化的物业管理而存在着社区管理缺位的现象,以居民为主体的社区自组织管理模式近年来逐渐兴起,以重庆市枣香苑社区为案例,通过问卷调查、访谈等方式,对社区自组织管理方式的构建、管理内容的实施、居民视角的评价以及当前遇到的困境进行了初步的观察和探讨,并提出了对社区自组织管理优化发展的若干建议。Due to the shortage of market-oriented property management in large number of traditional old communities,the problem of absence of community management exists. Recently,community self-organization management mode dominated by residents gradually arisen. This article takes Zaoxiangyuan Community in Chongqing as example,briefly discusses the structure,construction,residential comments and current difficulties of community self-organization management through questionnaires and interviews and finally makes suggestions on the development of community self-organization management.
