摘　　要：习近平人才观是在继承马克思主义唯物史观﹑马克思主义人才观﹑党的人才工作理论和实践经验的基础上形成的.因此,新时代人才工作应以习近平人才观的科学内涵为基本遵循,坚持党管人才与政治引领相结合﹑坚持问题意识与目标导向相结合﹑坚持营造聚集人才与市场竞争相结合的实践导向.Xi Jinping's talent outlook is formed on the basis of inheriting Marxist historical materialism,Marxist talent outlook, the theory and practical experience of the Party's talent work .Therefore, the talent work in the new era should be based on the scientific connotation of Xi Jinping's talent concept, adhere to the combination of party management and political leadership, adhere to the combination of problem awareness and goal orientation, and adhere to the practice orientation of combining talent gathering with market competition.
