摘  要:2012年国际海事组织制定了新的更严格的《船上噪声等级规则》,强制要求保护人员免受噪声伤害,并在2014年7月强制执行。隔声技术作为噪声控制的中间环节具有重要的应用价值,因而结构隔声效果(隔声指数)的实验测量技术具有十分重要的工程意义。对六组不同材料,不同组合的隔声板进行隔声指数测量,介绍了隔声指数测量的实验原理,对实验数据进行了分析,分析材料的结构形式及差异,得到船用产品隔声指数较高且经济实用的结构形式为双侧附加轻钢龙骨墙。通过对不同结构形式的船用产品进行隔声指数测量,有助于高隔声指数材料和结构的优化选型,开拓船舶与海洋工程专业学生创新思维,增强实船测量的动手能力,加深对船用产品隔声过程的理解。In 2012,IMO formulated a new and stricter“Rules for noise levels on board”,which mandated the protection of people from noise and was enforced in July 2014.Sound insulation technology as an intermediate part of noise control has important application value.Sound insulation volume measurement is commonly used indicators in the assessment of sound insulation.In this paper,six groups of different materials,different combinations of sound insulation panels were measured the amount of sound insulation.This paper introduces the experimental principle of sound insulation quantity measurement,analyzes the experimental data and analyzes the influence of material structure difference on sound insulation quantity,finally draws a conclusion that the bilateral additional light steel keel wall expand the gain of sound insulation and optimize the wall structure.Student s innovative thinking can be explored,ability of the real ship test can be enhanced,and understanding of sound insulation process can be deepened through the sound insulation testing of different materials which helps to optimize the selection of materials and structures with high sound insulation.
