摘 要:目的探讨CT联合MRI诊断卵巢癌的准确性。方法回顾性分析同煤集团总医院2014年1月至2017年2月收治的60例卵巢癌患者的资料,60例于术前均行CT以及MRI检查,以术中及病理学检查作为金标准,对比分析单独使用CT检查、MRI检查以及联合CT和MRI检查诊断卵巢癌的准确性。结果CT联合MRI符合诊断率(98.33%)高于CT(80.00%)、MRI(93.33%,P<0.05),MRI符合诊断率(93.33%)高于CT(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT联合MRI定性诊断准确率(95.00%)高于CT(73.33%)以及MRI(85.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT联合MRI分期准确性(91.67%)大于CT组准确率(70.00%,P<0.05),与MRI(83.33%)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);CT联合MRI转移准确性(83.33%)大于CT(60.00%,P<0.05),与MRI(66.67%)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CT联合MRI能提高对卵巢癌的诊断、定性、分期以及转移的判断准确率,对于卵巢癌的早期诊断和治疗意义重大。Objective To explore the accuracy of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods The data of 60 patients with ovarian cancer in WTH the Group General Hospital of Datong from January 2014 to February 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, and 60 patients were given CT and MRI before operation, and the intraoperative and pathological examination were taken as the gold standard to compare and analyze the accuracy of CT, MRI and CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Results The coincidence rate of combined CT and MRI (98.33%) was higher than that of CT (80.00%) and MRI (93.33%, P<0.05). The diagnostic coincidence rate of MRI(93.33%) was significantly higher than that of CT (80.00%), and the difference was significant (P< 0.05). The accuracy rate of qualitative diagnosis of CT combined with MRI(95.00%) was significantly higher than that of CT (73.33%) and that of MRI ( 85.00%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The accuracy rate of staging of CT combined with MRI (91.67%)was significantly greater than that of CT (70.00%, P<0.05), but it was not significantly different from that of MRI (91.67% vs. 83.33%, P>0.05). The accuracy of CT combined with MRI (83.33%) was significantly greater than that of CT (60.00%, P<0.05) in diagnosis of metastasis, but there was no significant difference compared with that of MRI (83.33% vs.66.67%), P>0.05). Conclusions CT combined with MRI can improve the accuracy of diagnosis, characterization, staging and metastasis of ovarian cancer, which is of great significance for early diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
