摘 要:高等教育的发展对国民经济的增长起着非常重要的作用,而决定高等教育发展的因素是高校的教师,因此,提高教师工作绩效成为目前高校管理的重要目标。首先,文章在文献研究和访谈的基础上,以H市4所民办本科院校的教师为研究对象,挖掘了影响教师工作绩效的主要因素为组织气氛和工作满意度;其次,通过问卷调查实证分析了高校教师工作绩效和组织气氛的现状,考察组织气氛对工作绩效的影响和工作满意度所起到的中介效应;最后,结合研究对象的实际情况,提出了改善并提高教师工作绩效的对策,以促进我国民办高校和教师的共同发展。The higher education plays an important role of our economy,and the main factor of the higher education is college teachers.Therefore, how to improve college teachers' performance has become an important goal of college management. Firstly, here based on the literature research and interviews,we treat four private college teachers of H city as the research object, finding the main factors which affect their work performance is the organizational climate and job satisfaction.Then, the auther used the way of questionnaire and empirical analysis to Te- seach the college teachers' work performance and organizational climate situation.The statistical analysis shows that job satisfaction mediates between organizational climate and work performance.Lastly, according to the actu-al situation of the research object, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve teachers' work performance to promote the development of the organizations and individuals.
