摘 要:为研究海洋浮式钻井天车升沉补偿装置的关键结构参数,根据天车升沉补偿装置的工作原理建立了系统的数学模型,并进行动力学数值模拟,从系统动态特性和能耗角度设计了补偿缸固定铰接点安装位置、补偿缸缸径等重要参数,分析了气瓶体积和固定铰接点位置对系统性能的影响规律.结果表明:从系统动态性能与能耗角度分析,平衡位置时补偿缸倾斜18°效果最佳;增加气瓶体积及补偿缸初始长度可提高系统动态性能与节能效果,但受平台安装空间和成本的制约,综合考虑确定气瓶体积为20.5 m^3,平衡位置补偿缸长度为13.2 m.In order to study crane-block heave compensation devices’key structural parameters in offshore floating drilling platform,the system’s mathematical model was established according to its working principle,and the dynamic numerical simulation was carried out.From the point of system dynamic characteristics and energy consumption,the hydraulic cylinder’s diameter and fixed hinge installation position were designed,and the accumulator volume and fixed hinge point position were analyzed.Results show that the hydraulic cylinder’s optimum tilt angle at the equilibrium position is 18°from the point of system dynamic performance and energy consumption;the dynamic performance and energy saving effect of the system can be improved by increasing the accumulator volume and the initial length of the hydraulic cylinder,but restricted by the installation space and cost of the platform,the accumulator volume is determined to be 20.5 m^3 and the hydraulic cylinder length is determined to be 13.2m at the equilibrium position.
