摘　　要：目的评价伴有葡萄膜炎的白内障行超声乳化术中粘连性小瞳孔的瞳孔缘环形切除的临床效果。方法对2016年2月至2017年10月50例(60只眼)伴有葡萄膜炎的白内障术中粘连性小瞳孔行瞳孔缘环形切开者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后随访3个月。术后1天、1周、1个月和3个月最佳矫正视力均较术前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后各随访时间点眼压和角膜内皮细胞密度与术前相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后瞳孔直径为3~4 mm,散瞳后瞳孔直径至5~7 mm,瞳孔对光反应部分存在。结论瞳孔缘环形切除术是治疗伴有葡萄膜炎的白内障术中粘连性小瞳孔的一种安全有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of annular resection of pupillary margin in phacoemulsification for adhesive small-pupil cataract with uveitis. Methods The data of 60 eyes of 50 cases of adhesive small-pupil in surgery of cataract with uveitis from Feb. 2016 to Oct. 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.All cases received annular resection of pupillary margin during phacoemulsification. Results The follow-up time was 3 months after operation. The best corrected visual acuity was improved at 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation. The difference were statistically significant between before and after operation (P<0.05). The difference in the intraocular pressure and the corneal endothelial cell density were not significant between any follow-up time points after operation and before operation (P>0.05). Postoperative pupil diameter were extended from 3-4 mm to 5-7 mm after medication. And pupillary light reflection partially existed. Conclusion During the surgery of cataract with uveitis, annular pupil margin cutting is a safe and effective method to expand the pupil, which can improve the success rate of the operation.
