摘　　要：高校的发展中,其目标是提升教育教学的质量,提升人才培养的水平,通过分析影响高校教学质量的影响因素,能有效了解高校内部教学质量监控体系的构建情况,将PDCA原理引入到具体的构建工程中,基于PDCA循环的高校内部教学质量监控体系,包含的内容比较多,除了策划、实施和执行等阶段,还需要重视高校内部教学质量监控体系的重构,从而提升教学质量。本文主要分析了高校内部教学质量保证体系中PDCA的应用。In the development of colleges and universities,the goal is to improve the quality of education and teaching and the level of personnel training. By analyzing the factors affecting the quality of teaching in colleges and universities,we can effectively understand the construction of the internal teaching quality monitoring system in colleges and universities. The principle of PDCA is introduced into the specific construction project. The internal teaching quality monitoring system in colleges and universities based on PDCA cycle contains a lot of contents. In addition to the planning,implementation and execution stages,we also need to pay attention to the reconstruction of the internal teaching quality monitoring system in colleges and universities,so as to improve the teaching quality. This paper mainly analyses the application of PDCA in the internal teaching quality assurance system of colleges and universities.
