对金融本科专业人才培养体系构建的思考

摘　　要：本文重点从方向、素养、素质、完备知识结构、能力五个目标对金融本科专业人才培养体系进行了构建。同时进行了课程体系设置,并针对每一个目标,分别设置了相关课程。从而确保该培养体系能很好地发挥为新时代中国特色社会主义建设输送复合应用型合格金融人才的作用。This paper focuses on construction of the talent cultivation system in undergraduate major of finance from five key points: direction,accomplishment,quality,complete knowledge structure and ability. At the same time a course system setting is finished and relevant courses are set up for each key point. These ensure that the cultivation system can effectively play the role of delivering qualified financial talents of compound application for building Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the new era.
