摘　　要：在湘潭市推进智能制造过程中对技能人才提出了新的要求,即需要大量高素质复合型高端技能人才,这给高职院校技能人才的培养带来新的挑战和变革契机。通过实地企业、高职院校调研,明确湘潭市企业对高职院校技能人才需求变化以及高职院校技能人才培养现状,提出智能制造背景下湘潭市高职技能人才培养对策,为区域经济发展提供了强有力的技能人才保障。In the process of promoting intelligent manufacturing in Xiangtan City, new requirements are put forward for skilled personnel, that is, a large number of high-quality composite high-end skilled personnel are needed, which brings new challenges and opportunities to the training of skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges. Through the investigation of field enterprises and higher vocational colleges, this paper clarifies the changes in the demand for skilled talents in higher vocational colleges and the current situation of training skilled talents in higher vocational colleges in Xiangtan City, and puts forward the countermeasures for training skilled talents in higher vocational colleges in the context of intelligent manufacturing, which provides a strong guarantee for regional economic development.
