摘  要:开展科研训练、提高学生科学素养,一直是本科教学改革研究热点之一。以课题组常用的实验技术"土壤DNA提取"为基础,结合"大学生科技创新"等活动,设计综合创新实验,对可能参与课题组科研工作的学生进行选拔和培训。综合创新实验提高了学生的科研能力、训练了学生的科研思维,使学生顺利的参与到教师的科研工作中,实现了教学与科研的相互融合。Developing scientific research training and improving students’ scientific literacy has always been one of the hotspots in undergraduate teaching reform.Based on the experimental technology "soil DNA extraction" commonly used by the research group and combined with the activities of "scientific and technological innovation of College students",comprehensive innovation experiments were designed to select and train students who might participate in the research work of the research group.Comprehensive innovation experiment improves students’ scientific research ability,trains students’ scientific research thinking,makes students participate in teachers’ scientific research work smoothly,and realizes the integration of teaching and scientific research.
