摘　　要：自2013年以来,在血型检验工作中,陆续发现6例老献血员血型由B型转为(A)B型,且在临床送检的标本中也发现1例(A)B型,另外在近期初次献血者中也发现1例(A)B型。该文主要通过对这8例(A)B型血型检验过程的分析,以及与A亚B型检验格局的对比,特别是与A亚B型含有抗A1正反定型格局一致时的鉴别检验,对(A)B型检验过程及鉴别检验的要点有了一定的认知。Since 2013,we have found that the blood type of six old blood donors has changed from B type to (A) B type in the blood type test work,and 1 case (A)B has also been found in the specimens sent for clinical examination type,and another case type (A) B was also found in the recent blood donors. This article mainly through the analysis of the 8 (A) B blood group test process,and the comparison with the A sub-B type test pattern,especially when the A sub-B type contains the anti-A1 positive and negative stereotype pattern,the identification test (A) sub-B type inspection process and the main points of the identification test have a certain understanding.
