摘  要:设计了一种两相驱动的超声波电动机驱动电路。通过主控芯片STM32产生两路PWM波,分别连接两个支路。在每个支路中,利用51芯片的外部中断将一路PWM波转换为两路互补的PWM波,同时输出后续电路所需的高电平。采用全桥式逆变电路,两路PWM波使4个开关管交替导通,将直流电变为交流电。利用变压器再次升压,得到超声波电动机所需要的频率较高(20 k Hz以上)、电压较高的驱动电源。结合超声波电动机负载特性,通过匹配电路实现了面内弯纵复合模态的直线超声微电机的正弦、余弦两相信号驱动。A drive circuit with two-phase for ultrasonic motor was designed.By using a STM32 chip,two PWM waves were generated,which were connected respectively to two circuits.In each circuit,one PWM wave is converted into two complementary PWM waves by using the external interruption of 51 chip,and the high voltage required by the subsequent circuit was outputted.Four switching tubes alternately turned on under the action of two complementary PWM waves,the low-voltage DC was converted into low-voltage AC.Subsequently,a square wave signal which was high-frequency and high-voltage was got by a transformer.Finally,a linear ultrasonic micro-motor based in-plane bending and longitudinal mode was driven by two-phase signal,which works by using a matching circuit combined with load characteristics of ultrasonic motor.
