审讯语言中语言现象的语用行为研究

摘　　要：以审讯用语为研究对象,对搜集到的语料进行整理、分析和归纳,特别是对语言预设和反诘句进行研究。运用语用学原理分析审讯语言中的语言现象,从而在各种审讯语言中寻求它们的“相关性”,以期达到高效破案的目的。Taking interrogation language as the research object,the corpus collected is sorted,analyzed and summarized,especially the language presupposition and rhetorical sentences.This paper analyzes the linguistic phenomena in interrogation language by applying the pragmatic principle,so as to seek their"correlation"in various interrogation languages,in order to achieve the purpose of solving crimes efficiently.
