摘 要:为了实现对戊糖片球菌发酵过程的优化调控,本文设计了一种基于CO2气体浓度反馈控制补料的戊糖片球菌发酵过程测控系统。该系统通过电化学气体传感器实现对发酵过程中CO2气体浓度的在线检测,利用OPC技术与Lab VIEW编程实现对发酵过程CO2气体浓度的实时数据获取和发酵过程的反馈控制补料,结合PLC完成对戊糖片球菌发酵的优化调控。经过测试,该系统实现了对戊糖片球菌发酵过程中CO2气体浓度的实时监测与在线反馈控制补料,验证了系统的可行性与可靠性。In order to realize optimal regulation in the fermentation process of Pediococcus pentosaceus, this paper designs a measurement and control system for the fermentation process of Pediococcus pentosaceus based on feedback control feeding of CO2 gas concentration. In this system, the online detection of the CO2 gas concentration is realized with the electrochemical gas sensor. The real-time data acquisition of the CO2 gas concentration and the feedback control feeding in the fermentation process is realized with OPC technology and Lab VIEW programming. The optimal regulation in the fermentation process of Pediococcus pentosaceus is realized by combining with PLC. The experiment results show that the system can realize the realtime monitoring and online feedback control of CO2 gas concentration in the fermentation process of Pediococcus pentosaceans, which verify the feasibility and reliability of the system.
