摘　　要：针对地方综合性高校在工程人才培养过程中的评学方法进行研究和探索实践,以评估学生培养质量为目的,提出了行业、企业、校友和家长多方参与的评学方法,对学生进行多维度、多角度的可量化评估,并将评价结果用于持续改进工程人才培养方案,在专业建设和学生培养方面取得良好效果。The evaluation methods of local comprehensive universities in the process of engineering personnel training are studied and explored.In order to evaluate the quality of students' training,the paper puts forward the evaluation methods involving industry,enterprise,alumni and parents. A multi-dimensional and multi-angle quantitative evaluation is carried out on the students training.The evaluation results are used to continuously improve the engineering talents training program.The professional construction and student training has achieved good results.
