摘 要:人造大理石由于具有安全环保、可加工性强以及美观耐用等优点,被广泛应用于建筑、装饰和雕刻等领域之中;它既具有天然石材的优点,也可以弥补天然石材的一些缺陷,通过研磨抛光可以提高人造石材光泽度,使其具有美丽的光泽与花纹。随着科技进步,人造石材逐渐代取代天然石材。基于此,深入研究了石材基体特性,以人造大理石为例研究了研磨抛光对于石材的影响,为人造石材研磨抛光工艺改进提供重要的参考依据。Artificial marble is widely used in the fields of architecture, decoration and engraving because of its safety,environmental protection, processability, beauty and durability.It not only has the advantages of natural stone, but also can make up for some defects of natural stone. Improve the gloss of artificial stone, so that it has a beautiful luster and pattern. With the advancement of science and technology, artificial stone gradually replaces natural stone. Based on this, the characteristics of the stone matrix were studied in depth. The artificial marble was taken as an example to study the influence of grinding and polishing on the stone, which provided an important reference for the improvement of the artificial stone grinding and polishing process.
