摘 要:针对实木橱柜门生产中存在着零部件繁多、工艺繁琐、生产流程长等问题,利用成组技术对橱柜门的结构和零部件进行标准化设计。选取某企业部分橱柜门,分析柜门结构和零部件,从提高标准化的角度,统一橱柜门结构和连接方式,简化、优化零部件尺寸等方面,提出进行橱柜门标准化设计的方法,以期对实际生产提供参考。In order to solve the problems, such as solid wood cabinet doors have various shapes and varied sizes, and in the production, there are many problems such as various parts, complicated process and long production process, the group technology was used to standardize the design and planning of the structure and components of solid wood cabinet doors. Some cabinet doors of a solid wood cabinet door manufacturer were selected;the structure and components of the existing cabinet doors were analyzed. The planning and design method of standardization to solid wood cabinet doors was put forward from the perspective of improving standardization, unifying cabinet door structure and connection mode, simplifying and optimizing the size of components, so as to provide reference to the actual production of solid wood cabinet doors.
