摘  要:下颌骨是头颈部重要部分,颌骨缺损不仅影响患者容貌,而且影响患者咀嚼和语言等日常功能。腓骨移植修复颌骨重建是常用方法,手术对骨块的位置和姿态精度要求非常高,因此,该文设计了一种腓骨修复颌骨重建手术机器人系统,辅助医生把持定位游离骨块,并开展了模型对比实验研究,结果表明该机器人系统可辅助医生开展颌骨重建手术,提高手术效果。Mandible is an important bone of the head and neck. Mandibular defects not only affect patient's face, but also impede patient's daily functions, such as chewing, speech, and so on. Fibular transplantation for mandibular reconstruction is the common method, which requests high accuracy of bone positioning and posture adjustment. Therefore, a robotic system for mandibular reconstruction surgery with fibula flaps was designed to assist surgeons to hold and locate bones, and the model comparison experiments were conducted. The results showed that the robotic system can assist surgeons for mandibular reconstruction to improve quality of surgery.
