摘 要:【目的】对杏鲍菇菌株进行种质资源综合评价,筛选出具有开发潜力的优良菌株作为育种的试验材料,为杏鲍菇育种手段和方法的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。【方法】本研究通过体细胞不亲和性、ISSR荧光标记毛细管电泳技术及农艺性状的比较分析,对27株杏鲍菇菌株进行种质资源评价。【结果】参试的杏鲍菇菌种遗传变异丰富,遗传相似系数的变化范围为0.85~0.91,当遗传相似性系数为0.87时,27株杏鲍菇菌株分为4类。结合杏鲍菇农艺性状比较分析,得出LX18和LX21两种亲缘关系较远且优势互补的种质资源可作为开发早熟高产优质的新菌株的亲本。【结论】由此可得,结合分子标记技术对杏鲍菇菌株从DNA水平进行分类鉴定以及种质资源分析,可加快推进杏鲍菇杂交育种的顺利进行。[Objective]The comprehensive evaluation of germplasm resources of Pleurotus eryngii strains was carried out, and the excellent strains with development potential were selected as the experimental materials for breeding, which provided reference for the in-depth re search and development of the utilization methods and methods of P. eryngii.[Method] In the present study, 27 strains of P. eryngii strains were evaluated for their germplasm resources through comparative analysis of somatic incompatibility, ISSR capillary electrophoresis and agro nomic traits.[Result ] The results showed that the genetic variation of P. eryngii strains was abundant. The genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0. 85 to 0. 91. When the genetic similarity coefficient was 0. 87,27 strains of P. eryngii were divided into four categories. Com bining the agronomic traits of P. eryngii, it was concluded that the two germplasm resources with distant genetic relationships and comple mentary advantages could be used as parents for the development of new strains with early maturity, high yield and high quality: LX18 and LX21.[ Conclusion] The results showed that the classification and identification of DNA from P. eryngii with molecular marker technology and the analysis of germplasm resources could lay a solid foundation for accelerating the smooth progress of cross breeding of P. eryngii.
